(with as little as 5 - 10 minutes a day).

• 6 weekly 1:1 sessions with me (in person or via zoom)
• A recorded meditation you can use for your 10 minutes of daily stillness + a 2024 Journal while stocks last.

You can connect your app to me as the trainer, so I can monitor your results as needed before your 1:1 sessions.
You will also have ongoing access to the online community. This where you’ll get support from other people doing the program, you can ask questions, and I’ll jump in with extra info or videos.
The program is available for 3 months to be in keeping with the app, because you cannot complete the program without app access, and you need to use your 1:1 sessions in that time, although I would recommend weekly to keep the momentum going.
I know myself, if something has an unlimited time to complete, there’s a good chance I’m not going to complete it. So knowing you have 3 months to do it, gives you 1-2 weeks to complete each weeks content and 1:1 session, to make sure you have consistent and long lasting changes in your life.
